If you see this error message while trying to log in in big red letters, "...account not found...", don't fret. Your account is not lost.


This is a generic error message for most errors and has little value in determining how to fix your issue. This could be the result of an incorrect password, incorrect email or something "in the back end".


The Fast Fix:

1. Click reset password link on log in screen and check your mail. Try to login with new password (HINT: click the "eyeball" in the field so you can see what you're typing.)
