If you’re unable to log into the DME Consulting Group website, here are some troubleshooting steps to take. Try each in order and attempt to log in after each step.


  1. Check that you are entering the correct username. The standard format is first letter of your first name, last name, dme appended at the end. Example: Carla Johnson, cjohnsondme    
  2. Check that you are entering the correct password. You can click the "eye ball" icon on the right of the password field to see exactly what you’re typing.. If you're password does not match, click the "Forgot Password" link.
  3. Clear your browser cache and try again.
  4. Restart your browser. If you are on a mobile device, make sure it’s closed completely (not just pressing the home button).
  5. Reboot your computer or mobile device
  6. If your password is accepted and you are prompted to “Enter your code”, open Google Authenticator on your smartphone and enter the six-digit code that’s displayed there.
